In the village of silver you can experience one of the best silver shops in Northern Mexico. At the Galeria there are pieces created by one of the top silversmiths in the world today, Emilia Castillo, of the famous Castillo family of Taxco. Also, there are many vintage silver estate pieces from the 30s and 40s. Changing exhibition of contemporary artists.

La Aduana – Cooperativa Artesanal
Located in La Aduana on the east side of the church.
Initiated in 1990 by the women of the community to contribute to their family’s income. They create crafts using local materials from the forest, ornaments from dried plants, wood carvings, colorful throw pillows, dolls and clowns. The shop can be visited at any time and is located on the East side of the Church in Aduana.

Regalos Lydia
Crafts from all over Mexico. The jumping bean, for which Alamos is famous, can be found here. Large selection of cowboy hats. On the Alameda.

Uvalama Pottery
Calle Obregon and Guerrero, near the Tesoros
A family of potters from nearby Uvalama follows the tradition of hand coiled pottery. Most pieces are large, all are beautifully done.
In June 2007, La Casa de la Cultura, in conjunction with Alamos Muralist Daan Hoekstra, initiated an exciting three year project through which fresco murals will be painted in public buildings in Alamos. In 2009, Daan and a team of local artists completed a mural in Galleria La Quintera on Calle Obregon.
